Speaker Bios:

Mr. Phillip Hampton serves as the Chief Executive Officer at LogicForce Consulting, LLC. Mr. Hampton's mission is to perpetuate the vision for a premier legal technology consultancy throughout the organization. He specializes in strategic vision casting for Logicforce. Besides an academic career focused on computer science, he brings a myriad of real-world experience in both technology and management. He has witnessed the evolution of LOGICFORCE from a one-man shop to ... the multi-state outreach of today. Through the years he has picked up certifications in computer forensics, document management systems, practice management systems, litigation support systems and trial presentation technology. His Focus Areas includes: Computer Forensics Specialist and Expert Witness, Encase Certified Examiner (EnCE) and Litigation Technology Support Specialist. Mr. Hampton holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Lambeth University. He has also earned an M.S. in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.

Bill Ramsey is a member of the firm of Neal & Harwell. The primary focus of Mr. Ramsey’s professional practice is complex civil and criminal litigation.  He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he graduated with high honors in Mechanical Engineering.  He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the University of Tennessee Law Review.  He has represented a wide variety of defendants in federal white collar prosecutions and investigations.  He has extensive civil jury trial experience in a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, business torts, computer and technology litigation and complex commercial transactions. 

David Kramer is a former practicing attorney, David uses his legal background to assist law firms of all sizes with insurance placement, policy structuring, and risk management. David is a frequent speaker at law firm industry conferences including various state bar associations, and several IP law firm associations.  Prior to entering the insurance industry over 15 years ago, David practiced law at prominent law firms in Washington D.C. and Detroit. David completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University. David serves on the board of several community organizations including the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit and Hebrew Free Loan of Metropolitan Detroit. He is a past recipient of several civic and professional honors, including Crain’s 40 under 40, the Frank Wetsman Young Leadership Award from the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit, and the Young Advocate Award from Orchards Children’s Services.  David is a bit of masochist and enjoys tormenting himself watching the Detroit Lions, playing bad golf and being abused on the basketball court by his two teenage sons. His wife stands back and observes all of this with much amusement!
